Warranty repairs MUST have a completed warranty card and /or dated sales receipt from and authorized retailer.(please see brands we do under warranty or call us before shipping to avoid charges for shipping)

Ship your watch to us packed in a sturdy shipping box. Wrapped in bubble pack/tissue. Do not send it in the original presentation box. This is not secure for shipping and the box may not be returned.

Include your name, address and daytime telephone number inside with the watch!
