We are proud the offer the services of two of the areas most experienced Rolex trained watchmakers on site. With over 50 years combined experience working with Rolex Jewelers (ORJ) and the public, they are available directly to customers at The Swiss Watch Service Group.

Rolex will only provide access to parts and technical support to watchmakers with proven skills and training. They must also have workshops that have invested in the proper equipment to test Rolex Oyster watches to the uncompromising standards set by the factory.

Ship your watch to us packed in a sturdy shipping box. Wrapped in bubble pack/tissue. Do not send it in the original presentation box. This is not secure for shipping and the box may not be returned.

Include your name, address and daytime telephone number inside with the watch!

Our customer service team will contact you when the watch is checked in and again when it has been evaluated.

Warranty repairs must be sent with a valid completed original warranty card and/or sales receipt.
