We are proud the offer the services of two of the areas most experienced Rolex trained watchmakers on site. With over 50 years combined experience working with Rolex Jewelers (ORJ) and the public, they are available directly to customers at The Swiss Watch Service Group.
Our parts account with the factory provides the assurance that your cherished Rolex timepiece will never be compromised by the use of inferior generic parts.
Rolex will only provide access to parts and technical support to watchmakers with proven skills and training. They must also have workshops that have invested in the proper equipment to test Rolex Oyster watches to the uncompromising standards set by the factory. Our workshop is inspected routinely by factory representatives.
When making the decision to have your Rolex watch serviced. Be certain who is providing service. Make certain that the parts supplied are purchased directly from Rolex (ask for proof such as a copy of an invoice from Rolex with the watchmakers name on it)
If your jeweler can't provide this proof, then you may not be receiving genuine parts.
