Ship your watch to us packed in a sturdy shipping box. Wrapped in bubble pack/tissue. Do not send it in the original presentation box. This is not secure for shipping and the box may not be
returned.
Include your name, address and daytime telephone number inside with the watch!
Our customer service team will contact you when the watch is checked in and again when it has been evaluated.
Warranty repairs must be sent with a valid completed original warranty card and/or sales receipt.
